“Terms and conditions” are one the basic feature thats used across ACTouch ERP. It helps us to pre-define the terms and conditions for Purchase, Sales as each has different rules and regulations.

Understanding the business needs, we created a functionality that helps to define Multiple Terms and Conditions for the Sales Order, Sales Quotes or Purchase Order process.

As part of this template settings, you can create ANY NUMBER of templates and define the “Terms and Conditions” rules as above.
